At Goody and Grant, we want you to love everything you get from us—whether it’s a book, a mug, or something a little more magical.
Print-on-Demand Products (Books, Merch & More)
All our physical items are made just for you the moment you order them. That means we can’t accept returns or offer exchanges unless something’s gone wrong.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered:

Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it.

Send a quick email to info@goodyandgrant.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll get it sorted - either a replacement or a refund if that’s not possible.
We can’t accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind)

Wrong size ordered (for clothing, please double-check sizing before ordering!)
Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, etc.)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be "returned" in the usual sense, we don’t offer refunds on these.
